We have EquiSolute in stock in Europe, the United States and Australia (Australia currently out of stock). This means that we are able to ship your order on working days within 24 hours. The shipping time depends on the country/state were we have to send our product to. For Europe we ship from the Netherlands. For the USA and South-America we ship from New Jersey, USA. For Australia and the surrounding area we ship from New South Wales, Australia.
For delivery times consult the following schedule:
Europe: 3-12 working days
United States: 3-8 working days
Australia and surroundings: Currently out of stock
Rest of the world: 10-30 working days
No, you will not need to pay extra shipping cost with us, regardless of the country where you live. Worldwide shipping at our expense.
You can order the product through our webshop. Our website accepts payment by credit card and PayPal. We have a secure payment environment for this, so that the ordering process is as safe as possible. For help with your order, please contact our customer service.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within thirty days of receipt without providing a reason and return it to us, provided that the product is still unopened. We encourage you to contact our customer service prior to returning, so that they are aware of the return. Since this is a perishable product, we unfortunately cannot accept the cancellation of opened products without reason.

No, an order does not commit you to purchase new supplies. There are no automatic new shipments scheduled if you buy something from us. We only provide products based on orders. Therefore if you wish to receive a new shipment, you can simply place a new order on our website.
